I was in lower Manhattan this week, at the storied but always very dirty Criminal Courts complex. It has always seemed to me that the very architecture of the building, its persistent gray tinged hue throughout, the graffiti on the bathroom doors, the seemingly ancient floors and walls, scrubbed to dingy perfection, the failing file cabinets, all of it, is part of the humiliation which some bureaucratic overlord feels must be permanently maintained.  Franz Kafka was probably here once, if not physically, at least in spirit.

Today's episode, delivered on a significant Monday, depicts the ongoing struggle for the United States' future, drawing inspiration from the biblical verse Zechariah 2:5 to rally support. It critiques the post-World War II global strategy led by the US, under Harry S. Truman, aimed at supporting the British financial empire, marking the beginning of a 'new dark age.' The narrative points to a shift in 2016 with Donald Trump's election, highlighting a populist uprising against an oligarchical system and corrupt elites.

On Friday, the House of Representatives, by one vote, (Speaker Mike Johnson?s) declined to require the FBI and others to get a regular judicial warrant when it asks FISA?s Section 702 (the know-it-all national vacuum cleaner of all available information about everyone) database about Americans. Because of a brilliant procedural move by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R. FL) the issue will be revisited today, Monday.

Nineteen Republicans, fresh from hearing from their constituents and backed by President Donald Trump, sent the intelligence community?s favorite spy toy, Section 702 of FISA, down to defeat in the U.S. House on Wednesday.  The number has panicked official Washington.  The Department of Justice and the intelligence community personally whipped the bill, a panicked abandonment of normal legislative protocol. The Hill listed the Republican heroes here. Most come from the Freedom Caucus.  They are insisting that the Fourth Amendment demands that the intelligence community get a warrant from a regular judge when querying the vast surveillance net which now surrounds each American citizen.   This is not the end of the fight.  The authority for this spy toy expires on April 19^th and the effort to continue it will come back, as Tucker Carlson emphasizes, like a bad sexually transmitted disease.

When Congress comes back on Tuesday, the first fight about our future is likely to be over FISA reauthorization. The government?s spying authority under that abominable edict expires on April 19^th. Whether this key authority for government spying is retired to the dustbin of police state history, replaced by the founders? adherence to the Constitution?s Fourth Amendment, is very much a live issue and the Deep State is in a full court press. FISA, the foundation for the elite's surveillance mind control regime (along with Executive Order 12333) is up for renewal in a pitched battle. We can and must return to the Fourth Amendment protections of the founders.

Ukraine funding will also come up.  We can end the forever wars.  The only reason Congress hasn't already rubber stamped this is because of the ongoing revolt of The People.

On Tuesday, April 9^th, the U.S. Congress will return to Washington. $61.4 billion in new funding for the Ukraine War is the main item on the ?must pass? Washington agenda, along with reauthorization of FISA, the post 9/11 main pillar of support for our current satanic surveillance state. LaRouche PAC and Promethean Action are out to cancel both by educating the citizenry regarding what is at stake. All signs currently point to the Republican House caving, despite the adamant opposition to both measures by the U.S. population. But these cowards are terrified of this aroused American population. That is why, for the first time in post-World War II history, the U.S. House, to date, has refused to go along to get along, throwing corrupted Washington into desperate panic.

As Biden tries to ramp up a war in Ukraine which has already been lost, there are signs that that war is spinning out of control. With Ukraine itself in retreat almost everywhere, no longer able to make battlefield gains, it is resorting to desperate gambles such as suicide attacks into Russia.

The real problem exposed by the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore was free-trade, financialization lunacy.

Consider: most U.S. bridges that cross U. S. harbor entrances were built in the 1980's or much earlier.  Yet even in the 1980's, the largest container ships built were Panamax vessels with a capacity of 65,000 ? 80,000 deadweight tons (DWT)*.  Today, container ships are humongous, and stacked into the sky!  They have a capacity of up to 240,000 DWT, triple the size.
