Since WW2 the united states government have been able to manipulate the weather... fact... look it up... since the 1960's we've been able to control and even weaponize the weather... fact...look it up. And in the early 1970's the US congress put a forth a bill to regulate weather manipulators.... fact... look it up. Now residents of North Carolina are wondering if the US government had anything to do with the massive hurricane that just destroyed their state.
